Intuitive Reading: Peaceful New Year December 30, 2007

They are by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer who channel high vibrational beings known as Oren and DaBen, respectively. I’ve owned their books for years and have recently reconnected with them, wondering why I didn’t keep following down the path they outlined all along. They are at a high vibration, but somehow they’ve managed to be able to connect in a way with people that feels like a gentle warm bath of light. Of all the other intuitives and ethereal beings I’ve studied and connected with, they still feel the gentlest while at the same time powerful. I definitely know I’m getting an “upgrade” when I focus on them. Please join me in doing this meditation for Peace to usher in the new year.
Intuitive Message from “Guido”
I’ve been doing this for almost twenty years now, connecting with the guides, angels, etc…and I’ve never know what my main, right-hand guide’s (as I think of him), name was. Yesterday I finally got it, and it completely cracks me up. Guido is his name. Guido the guide. *laughs* I’m known for being - let’s call it, irreverent - at times (my boyfriend calls me smartie, and not cause I’m smart), so of course my #1 guide, the one who is closest to me in vibration and is sort of the etheric switchboard operator for me, is a crack up too.
Anyway, to celebrate, I’m giving him the stage so that he can tell you, the readers, a personal messages designed to bring you peace. When I do intuitive readings it has always been in tandem with him anyway, so I suppose it’s time I came out of the psychic closet.
With that, I hand the mic to Guido:
Thank you, Gretchen. I feel like I’m at church, what with bringing messages of peace and all. I’m really glad to be here, as myself.
I’m going to give you, the readers, a short list of what I see in your lives to give you a touchstone so that you know you are connected. Some of them may seem really obvious and ordinary, like, Campbell’s Tomato Soup. Chances are you just were thinking about it or it will show up somewhere in the next 24 hours, either on TV or even in an unexpected way. If it doesn’t show up, it’s a simple case of clogged channels. The good news is, I have a whole team of angels here with me today who are going out to all who read this to do what they can to clean the gunk out of your channels. Angelic roto-rooting, if you will.
You may have read or heard that in order for angels to help you they have to be asked. Not necessarily. People are made up of energetic layers, just like an onion. At some of the outer layers the angels can assist you whenever they want. If you want them to help your whole being, including your ego/personality, though, just give them permission in some way. “Come on in!” works, for example.
Also, while I’m giving you these touchstones, these angels are generating the vibration of peace for you. You may read something here and feel a sense of release, like a weight has been lifted. You may feel like there is an unseen warm blanket around you. It may or may not be related to the words you read.
If you happen to feel worse, go do something else for a while, something that makes you happy. Very, very often connecting with higher energies can make your problems worse, or at least seem that way. I’ll talk more about that in another blog entry. Fear not, as the angels say, but please walk away from this blog for now and go about your normal activities.

Now it’s your turn. Take a look around your room and make a list like this of the things that catch your eye. There are messages from the angels in those things, messages that can bring you peace. If you just imagine putting a peace filter on those things, I think the message will be obvious. You may even wonder why you never thought of that before. Then come back and leave us a comment about what you discovered because, and this is the cool part, you will then become a messenger for divine peace! Someone reading your comment will, in turn, be attuned to the peace vibration in a new way by reading your words.

Intuitive Readings for the Heart and Soul October 18, 2007

As always, if they don’t seem to apply to you personally send out the positive intention to help other readers with their abilities. Someone reading this had a comforter or sleeping bag with white daisies on a green or blue background. You were a girl in the 1970’s. I have your grandfather here. He’s wearing overalls and he had an old tractor that he used to take you for rides in. I see you as pregnant with your first child, although I get a sense of a third child as well. I get a sense that you had/have some fear with that first pregnancy, and your grandfather wants you to know he is a kind of guardian angel for you. After all, he midwifed the birth of a lot of animals. (he’s winking at you) I sense that he has an amazing calming energy. He just wants you to know that he’s always available to help when you get anxious, and that he loves you very much.
The next departed soul who comes to the forefront is a gregarious, larger auntie wearing a purple dress. I get a British and Jewish connection with her. She is larger than life. If she wasn’t involved in drama she acted like she was on stage most of the time. She was a young girl in the 1920’s, and I see her wearing a pink dress and a big pink bow in her hair. Something about that pink dress and bow has passed on to you. I see a lot of candles lit in a religious setting, either at home or in a church. Something about a grotto. You are worried about money, particularly savings. I see a safety deposit box with bonds in it and some jewelry. It may be an inheritance that is coming your way, or …. I feel like I should tell you to visualize this safety deposit box every day while lighting candle and spending a few minutes with it. Imagine that your aunt is there making a theatrical production out of this ritual to attract money and have fun with it. Laughter is magic, you know. For that matter, even if you don’t recognize this aunt, she says she’ll help anybody who needs it. This prosperity ritual is for everybody.
The last reading today is for fans of Hildegard Von Bingen and/or for highly creative people who want to write, do art, AND make music. You may not be doing any of them right now and may feel stuck in a dead end job. Or you may be a professional in all three and feel stuck. You need some help making the leap into the next level, and that involves opening your heart and soul to the Divine, or That Which Cannot Be Intellectualized. <grin> It’s hard when you’re this creative to remember that there are still elements of life which are larger than you. Start bringing Hildegard Von Bingen’s mystical work into your life in some way. Spend some time each day, even 5 minutes, opening your heart to her. Don’t think. Just look at some of her words or art, or listen to her music, and concentrate on being open. Then expect miracles.

Tuning the Intuitive Heart September 25, 2007

Could have been something dramatic, but more like it’s something small such as knowing what song was going to come on the radio next. And then you laughed and shrugged it off. If you pay attention to little things like that - which are happening all day to all of us - it strengthens the connection between your third eye, your intellectual psychic center, and your heart which is your emotional psychic center. The clearer the lines of communication between the two, the more practically useful your intuition becomes.
Today’s heart art is designed to gently open up the energy flow between your heart and mind.
Heart Messages
Today’s readings are to help increase your psychic or intuitive abilities. The first person I tune into is really into frogs. You have collected a lot of frog decor such as figurines and stuffed animals and maybe even a shower curtain with frogs printed on it. Just know that as you read this there are angelic beings working with your energetic connections to do what I mentioned above at the beginning of this entry. You have a very strong need for clearing of negativity energy and this goes back lifetimes. That’s what the frogs are about. They symbolize deep cleansing of the soul. I’m seeing a candle and a frog figurine in your bathroom to help bring about this cleansing. The bathroom could actually become a powerful meditation space for you if it isn’t already. At any rate, you’re on the right path. Go for it!
The next person really likes yellow, and is perhaps a painter …. this seems to be either more than one person or this person is an artist and also a house painter. You either use a lot of yellow in your artwork or you are thinking about painting a room yellow. You LOVE color, bright bold color, in your environment. You are already a healer of some kind, although you may weave it into your art or your cooking rather than being overt about it. I’m seeing that you should make a space with yellow walls and green carpet and purple cushions to recreate in, even if it’s just a nook in your home. I see your intuitive/psychic channel become very clear and powerful, and it looks like a column of light going from above your head down deep into the earth. You too, are on the right path.
Now I’m sensing a person in their late teens or early twenties surrounded by a lot of black gunk. You know who you are. Your friends are bringing you down and adding to your confusion. You are extremely sensitive and get pulled in all sorts of directions by these “friends”. You get the feeling sometimes they’re just playing with you to see what they can do, and they are. I’m sending an army of angels to you. There are some people around you who will support you, particularly a couple of women in their forties. But you have to reach out to them. Come out from behind that cloud. Start surrounding yourself with images of hearts, and not the gothic kinds of hearts you may have now. Bright colored hearts, even draw or paint some of your own. This will help open up your psychic abilities in a way that’s helpful to you. Be looking for images of angels to pop up whereever you go. And read the story of the goddess Persephone. I have a feeling you’re already a little bit into Wicca, so I’m going to advise you to ask Persephone to be your patron goddess for this period of your life. I’ve been right where you are myself, so I’m not judging you. Just throwing you a lifeline. And a whole bunch of positive energy.
The last reading for today is for an older woman who loves flowers. I see your living room table with a vase filled with flowers from your garden. I see you as a very peaceful person, content with your life even though your husband has passed and you miss him still, even though it’s been a few years. He’s right here and wants you to know that he’ll never stop loving you, too. I know that sounds like just words to some people reading this, like I made it up, but I know that for the person this applies to, you know the connection is there and this is the confirmation you’ve been wanting. The message I’m getting is that it’s time for you to strengthen your intuitive heart and that it will shine like a beacon to others at church, giving you a new sense of purpose. I know you’re touching your wedding ring on your hand and your husband says that you won’t be given more than you can handle, that it’s all right to let your light shine. Your love for each other is so strong it’s making me cry while I type this, as a matter of fact. So you, too…go for it!

Crane of Hearts/Luck at Love Readings September 24, 2007

I followed my heart to decide what to draw and an origami crane is what I was led to. There is a Japanese legend that whoever folds 1000 origami cranes will bring luck and healing to themselves. Brides will fold 1000 cranes before their wedding to bring good luck to their marriage, sometimes adding one more for good measure.
I believe that an artist can fill their work with energy for different purposes. I’ve energized this origami crane to bring the viewer good luck. Last week I had some extraordinary good luck myself, winning a weekend pass to the I Can Do It! conference in Tampa, Florida where I’ll get to meet some famous new age authors and psychics. I like to share the wealth, so I’m hoping to pass some of this luck on to you. Psychic Messages from the Heart
These are readings that I receive by tuning into the readers of the blog. I know these seem kind of general, but we’re all connected and I’m sure that parts of all of these will resonate with whoever reads them. While you read you’ll be receiving energy designed to align and center your heart. Someone reading this has a mother in need of some attention. She has a broken heart. She has recently had a heart attack, but her emotional state needs as much care as her physical heart. You who are reading this are unhappy in your own love life right now, but the way to become more lucky at love is to center yourself in your heart first. Take a piece of sage and use it like a feather to brush your own energy field, then imagine your mother standing in front of you and brush her with the sage as well. Do this for a week. Your luck will change.
Powerful forces are coming together for you to bring you a man who will honor and cherish you. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to pave the way for his entry into your life by imagining what it will feel like to be completely taken care of. You aren’t really ready for this right now as much as you are longing for it. Take some time to daydream each day, perhaps while drinking a cup of herbal tea, and envision what it would be like to have your fairytale dreams come true. You will encounter a lot of resistance, but set aside time each day as you would to watch a favorite TV program, to imagine. Tell yourself that you know it’s your imagination, but you just want to play and be entertained for a while. Then you’ll put those ideas away and get back to your normal life. This one is for a man reading this. All I can tell you is, get out and start participating in some sports instead of watching them on TV or playing fantasy football online, and the problems you’re having with women right now will evaporate. You might have different sorts of challenges then. Come back to this blog after you’ve been out getting some exercise for a month and I’ll tell you what to do next.
Another man is coming into the “circle” where I go in my mind to get this information. All I can say is, you’re spending way too much time with your mother. I’m sorry, but that’s the way it is. I know it’s a deeply ingrained habit and that there are parts of you that won’t allow you to detach. Here’s the advice I’m getting, though. Plan a trip to the mountains for a few days. Do this once a month. Go fly fishing or hiking. Eat at local restaurants and immerse yourself in the community. The man inside of you needs a chance to assert himself, and this is the way to do it.
Now I’m sensing the presence of a group of native american guides. I’m not native american that I know of, and I don’t want to be a “wannabe”, but the clearest spirit guide channel I get is native american. It’s just the way it is. At any rate, they are here to send some powerful healing spirit energy to a woman who is trying too hard. You know who you are. I’m sensing powerful healing white light that comes from the stars, but you are feeling like you are being wrapped in this wonderful blanket of healing. Go to the grocery store and spend some time in the apples and oranges section. Browse through the vegetables, taking in the energy of the raw plant energy with your hands. At the same time, keep your awareness open to the people around you and share this warm healing blanket with them in your mind. Your man will find you there as you do this, although it may take time.

Find Your Heart Compass September 21, 2007

The lines of direction lead out from you like spokes in a wheel. What I’m calling “the heart compass” is what keeps you centered, but most of us don’t even know we have it, let alone know how to use it.
this morning I listened to a phenomenal radio show called the I Can Do It Hour on Hay House Radio. It’s in the archives and if you sign up to be a member (it’s free with no strings attached) you can listen to it here. On this particular episode Dr. Richard Moss talks about his book, The Mandala of Being
As an intuitive and an artist, I work with heart energy. While listening to this show I did this drawing in Photoshop. It symbolizes the heart compass and will act subconsciously to help you tune into yours. If you’re feeling lost or anxious as you read this, or if you feel stuck in situation you can’t seem to get free of, I recommend you go listen to Dr. Moss.
Today is the equinox, the day when you can balance an egg on it’s end for a few hours. If you’ve ever tried it, you know that wonderful feeling of centeredness when the egg stands up. For me, at least, I felt my whole being line up with the egg. I didn’t know it then, but now I know I had accessed my heart compass for just a moment. A Piece of My Heart: Transformative Psychic Art and Readings September 18, 2007

I am able to tune into the hearts of others and draw, write and give voice to what I see there through my abilities as a psychic medium. Spirit guides, angels, fairies, the Dearly Departed, and so on, all come to me to help others heal their hearts. My heart acts as a meeting room and facilitates making connections between the ‘Otherworld’ and you. Every time I create an artwork or do a reading, a piece of my heart energy acts as a key to unlock the mysteries within your own heart.
Here you will find heart-themed art of mine and a corresponding reading, both in written text and in podcasts. I believe that we are connected in an amazing web much like the Internet. In fact, it is the spiritual template from which the Internet manifested. That means that if you’re reading this you’ve gotten a message subconsciously through the “web” that something on this blog can help you become more aligned with your heart’s purpose.
After listening to many hours of podcasts by other psychic mediums where they take calls from listeners I’ve come to the conclusion that there are just a few basic problems for which people enlist a psychic medium to help. These problems involve giving away the wrong pieces of the heart instead of the right ones. But more about another time.
From my own experience I know that, because of this universal psychic web we’re all a part of, messages from outside our conscious awareness can apply to many people at the same time. Therefore, I may do a general reading here that applies exactly to your personal situation, and you will feel it in your heart as though I was speaking directly to you. It will also apply to hundreds of other people. Because of the way this other “web” works - where time and space have no limitations - I will be talking directly and individually to everybody at the same time.
Each of us has a spiritual powerhouse inside of us - the heart. Even without the help of other beings or energies, each of us has the ability to profoundly help each other and the world around us. But most of us have been trained to think we are not worthy, and we give our power over to other authority figures, visible or otherwise. So I am a guide and messenger to hook you up, ultimately, with the power of your own heart.
